Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to your reservation. Specific conditions relevant to your booking will be communicated to you during the booking process. All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and will be effective upon our receipt of the cancellation notice. We incur significant costs and losses due to cancellations, therefore, the following charges will apply:

  • Up to 70 days prior to departure: Forfeit Deposit
  • 69 to 43 days prior to departure: 50% of total holiday price
  • 42 to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of total holiday price
  • 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total holiday price

These cancellation charges are in addition to any non-refundable elements of your booking that have been contracted on your behalf and communicated to you.

In the event that we are able to recover any losses from our suppliers, we will refund those amounts to you, subject to a reasonable administration fee.

Agents or third-party organizations acting on our behalf are not authorized to amend or change the terms and conditions of your booking unless specifically authorized by you in writing.

Amendments

Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to make changes to the advertised products and services. We reserve the right to make such changes. In rare circumstances, it may be necessary to modify your holiday after booking. If the change is minor, we will endeavor to notify you in advance, although we are not obligated to do so, and no compensation will be payable. If the change is substantial (such as a change in flight time by more than 12 hours, change of destination, or downgrade in accommodation standard), we will notify you as soon as practically possible and provide the following options:

  • Accepting alternative arrangements
  • Arranging an alternative holiday
  • Cancelling your holiday with a full refund of all members
