Arrival at Calicut airport & Drive to Vythiri. On arrival check in Afternoon trek to the tropical rainforest surrounding the resort. The guided trak is conducted by our in house naturalist and lasts approximately 1 hr. One can see Nilagiri Langur, the Malabar Giant Squirrel, Malabar Grey Hornbill, Yellow Browed Bulbul besides a wide range of other spices endemic to the western Ghats. Later visit to Pookot lake set in a beautiful valley and surrounded by evergreen forest and wooded hills, Pookote is one of Wayanad’s top visitor draws. After visit return to hotel. Overnight at Hotel. 

After Breakfast Excursion to Edakkal cave, Edakkal cave, the walls of which are decorated by pictorial writings of the new stone age civilization. (up & down 120Kms )  the walls of which are decorated by pictorial writings of the new stone age civilization. dakkal caves in the Ambukuthy Mountains are not caves in the right sense. It is only a cleft in reality. It is a cleft of about 96ft. long & 22ft. wide in the rock. There are some interesting carvings of pre-historic age. This location is of breathtaking beauty. After visit return to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

After Breakfas the day is free to visit Vythiri on your own.

After Breakfast drive to Kabini. Enroute visit Muthanga wild life sanctuary (W/life sanctuary 30Kms extra drive will be there). On arrival check into hotel. Kabini is a popular wildlife destination in the state of Karnataka of southern India. The forest reserve forms the south-eastern part of Nagarhole National Park and is situated on the banks of the Kabini River. The Kabini forest area, consisting of tropical, moist and dry deciduous types of trees, is home to diverse species of flora and funa. The Forest Reserve is spred over 55 acres of forestland that consists of steep valleys, dense woods and water bodies. It is estimated that about 250 avian species are also found in this area, some of them being greyheaded fish eagles, ospreys, great cormorants, Malabar pied hornbill, Malabar lark, Malabar trogon, Indian pitta, etc. The Kabini wildlife Sanctuary comprises of about 6000elephants, Which is the largest congregation of Asiatic elephants in the worls. Langurs, chital, sambar, bison, sloth bear, pythons, crocodile, tiger and leopard are some other inhabitants of this forest reserve. Evening Park safari. Overnight at Hotel.

After Breakfast  Tribal Village visit & Coracle Ride. Overnight at hotel.

After Breakfast Drive to Coorg. The most affluent hill station in Karnataka is Coorg. After Breakfast drive to Mysore. Afternoon city Tour. Mysore the city of palaces and gardens and oriental splendor is the principal residence of the former royal family. After breakfast have a full day city tour of Mysore. Places to visit include: Mysore place, Dariya Daulat Bagh, Chamundi temple, Nandi Bull, Mysore zoological park, Brindavan gardens, Deva Raj market & Art Gallery. Overnight at the hotel.

After Breakfast the day is free to visit Mysore on your own.
