Full day in Península Valdés, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO due to its geography, flora and fauna, features that turn it into a paradise of nature. Departure from Puerto Madryn towards Puerto
Pirámide. Here, from July to November, it is possible to share the unforgettable experience of watching the imposing Southern Right Whale (optional) that reaches these shores to mate and give birth. Visit Punta Delgada Light-house and later on, we will arrive at Punta Cantor, a viewpoint from where we will see the outer coast of the peninsula and the amazing topography of Caleta Valdés (Valdes Cove) and Grand and Small salt pits During the excursion, we will have the opportunity to catch a sight of some of the terrestrial fauna: guanacos, piches, maras, rheas, foxes and several types of birds. In the late afternoon, we will arrive in the city of Puerto Madryn.

Depending on the time of your departure flight, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight.

Departure from Trelew Airport towards Punta Tombo Fauna Reserve, the largest Magellan penguin colony in the continent. A tour around the reserve will allow you to appreciate, within less than a meter of distance, the funny way
of walking of these sea birds that will approach you. Transfer to Puerto Madryn. The excursion is available with the arrival and departure transfer.

Optional for Peninsula Valdes tour. We will embark from Port Pirámides sailing along “Golfo Nuevo”. With this excursion we will be able to observe the imposing Southern Right Whale that reaches these shores to mate and give birth. Watching this great mammals and their tender behavior from a really short distance is a unique experience.

It ´s the ideal trip if you have only one day. Departure towards Puerto Piramide, and then continue towards San Lorenzo. It is the only penguin rookery in Península Valdés. It is an exclusive place, that, precisely, for being closed to massive tourism, keeps its natural attractions untouched. Continue towards Caleta Valdes and return to Puerto Madryn.

This is an alternative to the traditional watching. I ts main feature is that passengers on board can walk around at
their pleasure on the outdoor deck, to watch the whales from the surface of the water or allowing you to watch whales submersed in their habitat, which is comparable only to the experience of diving among them.
