Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate. Transfer to your hotel. Lunch at Local Indian restaurant. Check-in at standard time 3pm. (Guests will leave the baggage at designated area provided by concierge).  Freshen up in the rest rooms available in the lobby. Non-exclusive Desert safari with 6 pax per SUV includes belly dance, BBQ dinner, shisha, Tanura dance, welcome Arabic coffee and dates (Separate seating for the group). Return to hotel overnight at Hotel.

The regular check-in time is at 1400; early check-in is NOT included and subject to availability

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Breakfast at hotel. Full day conference at the hotel with 2 coffee or tea breaks & buffet lunch (basic amenities like mic, podium, screen projector, pen, note pad, pencil, mints, water bottle) will be provided. Evening Gala Dinner at the hotel with 2+2 starters & Indian menu including 2 hours of Regular Alcohol – Red Label, Rum, Vodka, Beer. Basic sound, stage and lighting will be provided by the hotel. Seating will be cluster style (Background Music will be played through Laptop with the inbuilt speakers provided inside ballroom). Overnight at hotel. (DJ & Entertainment is not included)
