The Tree Where Man Was Born Safari takes you to Samburu and the arid north after a night at the Aberdares Region and later Mt. Kenya. Thereafter enjoy the views at lake Nakuru National park followed by two lovely nights in the Mara Masai Mara where you will see a fantastic wildlife on the savannah plains.

Please note that due to dusty conditions the Safari Vehicles which have open tops are not air conditioned. We do not have air conditioned vehicles.

A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our Guide who will transfer you to the beautiful Sarova Panafric Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast, you will drive to the beautiful Mountain Range in the central highlands and proceed to The Ark Forest Lodge with an enroute game drive to see Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Black Leopard and the beautiful but elusive Bongo Antelope. Dinner and Overnight at the Ark Forest Lodge.

After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for the North through to the Samburu National Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge. After a lovely lunch you will then proceed for an afternoon game drive where we will see animals such as the reticulated giraffe, the pin stripped Gravy Zebra, the Gerenuk, the Blue Necked Somali Ostrich, Elephants, Leopards and The Black Manned Lions. Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge.

Pre-breakfast game drive followed by a hearty breakfast thereafter morning at leisure to enjoy the facilities offered by the lodge. After a lovely lunch you will depart for an afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge.

A relaxed rise today as we encourage you to wake up late, enjoy a lovely country breakfast at around 9.00 am. After a hearty breakfast you will proceed north of Kenya and over the Equator which where we will have a photo stop. Thereafter we proceed to the Sweetwaters Tented Camp, home of the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary where we will enjoy a lovely game drive. We will see Lion, Elephant, Buffalo and many other plains game and if we are lucky even Leopard. Dinner at the Camp followed by an optional Night Game drive which is bookable only at the camp. Overnight at the Camp.

After a hearty breakfast you will depart for Lake Nakuru and the Great Rift Valley. We will today descend about 3500 ft. into the floor of the Great Rift Valley arriving into the Lake Nakuru National Park where we arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. After lunch we depart for an afternoon game drive as we visit the beautiful Park to see Lion, Rhino, the elusive Leopard, Zebra, Giraffe and of course lots of pink lesser flamingo. Lake Nakuru is famous for its huge flamingo populations due to the alkaline state of the lake. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.

After a hearty breakfast you will depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations and its home for the big five Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Mara Game Camp. After a lovely lunch now we will depart for an afternoon game drive to see the game of savannah. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara Game Camp.

A relaxed rise followed by a hearty breakfast and thereafter a full day game drive with picnic lunch to see the varied game of the Masai Mara. This region is the Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). Optional visit to a local Maasai village. Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Mara Game Camp.

After a hearty breakfast you will depart for Nairobi. Upon arrival into Nairobi, you enjoy a Thali lunch followed by a short shopping tour of the city and thereafter you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
